They have medium brown hair. It's not blonde, but should have been noticeable. The most important thing is that I got an hour to myself while they had girl time. 

You can do it with food coloring, but I haven’t tried it/know anyone who has, so I’m not sure how it compares in terms of how quickly it washes out. (And Kool-Aid smells yummy.)

Seasoning on every use? Holy shit. I’d have thrown it out on day two if it was a half hour process. Hot water the grease out, scrubbing with good old chain mail to get the bits out (if there are any). Then on the burner for 3-5 minutes to cook off the water.

Depends on what you mean by competitively. If you mean “I could buy this or a full sized pickup truck”, then yes, it will be quite competitive, I’m sure.
