Hey, there’s this new game called “anthem” I wonder what it even is. *googles Anthem *finds a noninformative overdramatized trailer and an article about everything but the game itself. Jesus Christ what even is it.

Is it wrong for me to agree with you? I think not.
I hate when obsession with narrative and conversation-tree RPGs always threatens to destroy fun action gameplay. People need to stop master-racing branching-choice narrative and let us have fun.
omg just stfu and make awesome games. Money and law always come along to shit on our enjoyment of life
“Arena” shooters severely lack tactical depth and a solid competitive structure. Complexity. The 5v5 format is more popular in shooters and mobas in combination with more complex tactical choices. Whatever you think of iron sights and sprinting, having a speed vs accuracy tradeoff is at least adding strategic depth to…
This whole debacle is just hilarious. Welp, back to studying history and watching documentaries. And playing team fortress 2.
The reason Americans beat the tar out of it is because that’s their first impulse when encountering anything new. Or weird. Or remotely offensive to them. Fortunately, not everyone in America is a psycho.
wow really? I wonder what games would have worked with them... *attempts to played armored core on ps1 with mouse & keyboard.
Exactly what I was thinking. Slower movement does nothing for you in FPS.
I’ve always hated the autoaim in console fps. I turn it off whenever possible. My brother’s the same way. Just let me turn the sensitivity really high and stop trying to control my aim. When I’m allowed to do this, I aim just fine. The auto-aim is more in-the-way than helpful for me.
Unreal Tournament 3 on Playstation 3 has REAL keyboard & mouse support. Just plug them into the usb connections and you’re ready to go. It works perfectly. I love Unreal Tournament 3.
I’ll probably never play Destiny, but it seems so perfect for me. I’m all-PC now and I can’t just buy everything. I’ll stick to PC.
Tried it and swore off MOBAs. I’m just tired of the genre. Never liked it much. Not giving it another chance. I’m glad that Heroes of the Storm is being newbie-friendly though.
Personally, I studied and practiced like HELL for 2 weeks at dota 2 so I could play with friends and know what I was doing. It completely…
Yet another conversation-tree action RPG I’m suppose to be excited about. I’m not excited. It’s more of the same. I know what the genre is like already.
Everyone will get excited then we’ll get to hear about the bugs and features the game has then everyone will get over it and the cycle continues. Nothing special.
It’s one of the better conversation-tree action RPGs. If that’s the type of game you want, a number of games are worth it. Fallout 3, new vegas, skyrim, oblivion, morrowind, planescape torment, pillars of eternity.
Personally, I’ll stick with Pillars of Eternity. Fallout 4 is going to be more of the same with better…
I’m going to mention -Pathologic- here just because it deservers more attention. It has a terrifying, pessimistic setting but very deep gameplay and story. Now you’ve heard about a very very good game. Go check it out. Although... it has quirks when it comes to presentation, but I always go for content over…
I predcit it’ll be a conversation-tree action rpg. Which I’ve played plenty of already. Tons and tons of, actually. Also, there’s more to life than video games. Fallout 4 will have to REALLY deliver... I suppose fantastic storytelling could drive it forward. Awesome storytelling is timeless.
Otherwise, it seems like…
The paid mod debacle is over. The customers spoke loudly and fiercely. I heavily doubt its return.
And now it’s time to swear off MOBAs. I gave DOTA 2 and League of Legends their chances. Infinite Crisis was the only one that had characters I cared about. I just don’t like MOBA gameplay; it’s boring to me. We all know that feeling when we see people going berserk over something we don’t care about. What’s the big…
This has rule34 written all over it... I’m sure the commenters can come up with much better ideas that the VERY OBVIOUS one though :V
