That's the kicker to the deal. I'm obviously no expert ( and a man to boot), but sometimes, intense physical stimuli (and sometimes, not even that) just makes you make sounds. Those sounds vary. Some are harsh. Some are soft. Some sound nice, some don't.

That sounds like it requires teamwork and cooperation. That may be hard for some of us
