Also, didn’t know a “metalic black” Volvo S60 i had for YEARS was dyarcc blue. Thought a car next to it was a light blue but then the other side was white.. walked around like a dumb chimp for a minute then figured it out.

The only reason alignment should be checked is because either you hit something very hard to where you think something is damaged or moved out of place OR normal suspension component wear like bushing, ball joints, wheel bearing, tie rods that put it out of alignment. Now! Another reason is rolling resistance on rear…
I would go back further. I had a 2004 S60 2.5t automatic (manumatic/Triptronic) and the EPA rated better gas milage for the automatic. And CVTs where also starting to be sold around 06 in the millions like in the Altima. The transmission on the Volvo was working like new at 201K miles and I know I can’t say that for a…
Turbo’s allows for verable compression. You can choose to be economical or put out more power. You can’t get around thermal dynamics. But better non turbo engines can also change compression (not displacement) on engines by verable valve timing and phasing.
Sounds like a debate between someone that never really drove stick shift daily for years. If they did, well.. then there’s also people that walk and run funny and it works for them, not good for there knees.. but can’t say there not walking.
Surface area can be 3 dimensional if the media is thick enough with layers of ever increasing density. Which is why a lot of filters are directional. You can see it in a air filter at home that is typically 1-2 inches.
VW/Audi are very reliable under warranty but fall apart and get very expensive soon after. Thats why you can find them very cheap with about 80K+ miles. With a plan to keep it for 10 years I think that puts it out of running IMO.
Long->Short; There definitely over oiled which if your car pulls in a lot of air can’t be good for your MAF, but it’s an easy fix with a can of MAF cleaner. A bad seat on any filter will always negate filtering and will pull in dust that will sit on sensitive sensors.
Reminds me of Top testing the then new C7 Corvette, think they did a 6th hear pull at 40mph can't remember. But it made a shocking amount of power at very low RPMs.
Theres an interesting curve in Nuclear, it’s a shame that we haven’t gone further with Nuclear despite that the only metaldowns where from designs that came from the 60's. Now having proven designs that can take full intentional meltdowns without actually being able to meltdown it’s almost only political that we don’t…
Listen to yourself, most people buy Pickup trucks and have a bed with not a scratch at well over 100k miles. You know there's sport pickup trucks what can hold less in the back than an SUV? I don't think your very Merican
I don’t care to make counter points. So let’s say you have 1,500lbs of stuff in the back of your truck and are stuck in city traffic every day, a larger hybrid system can recover a lot of potentially lost energy and an electric motor is also much more efficient when applying torque so it negates some of the extra…
“not additive to the combustion engine’s overall figures” WHAT!? Now imagine a bigger system that can turn loaded trucks god awful city MPH into something amazing that will blow past deisel trucks.
I have a 2004 9-5 ARC with 220hp (280hp with a simple safe tune) that I picked up for $1600 three years ago, wouldn’t pay more than $2400 for it and definitely wouldn’t pay $2750 for that ;P
I had a few MKIII Supras, first was rusty 89 N/A Auto, then put that into a super clean 86.5 5 speed along with it’s entire intierror (the 86.5 had worn and marron intierror), then someone hit it, and found a fully loaded 88 Turbo 5 speed in the junk yard I was going to take the number off of.. noticed it was “junked”…
Yeah.. still kinda wired how the age of consent is 16 years old in some states. And if married in others its under 18 as well. That’s never been my taste (lost my virginity to someone 23 years old) but i had a friend that dated someone that was 16 when he was 24, and never had sexual relations with her until she was…
Astonishingly there was arguably worse :-/
Hvent noticed any horrible driving from Tesla’s as from Audi’s, BMW owners arent as bad as before but I would say follows Audi is asshole driving.
Huh? but.. so do inkjet printers.. Now, if you’re talking about all-in-ones that’s another story. A more expensive story. An all-in-one inkjet can be as little at $60 for a good one, but a good all-in-one color laser printer will put you back over $300 :-/ But if you print a lot, you will quickly make that money back…

It’s great when a car that should run on regular isn’t running right and a higher grade gasoline prevents knock in a cylinder because of uneven burn from cylinder to cylinder. Could be a lot of carbon buildup, could be bad sensors/injectors, loss of compression, the devil, and coupled with a computer that doesn’t know…
