I'm in Canada myself. It was either at Bestbuy or Futureshop, I can't remember. I also remember seeing it for $240 at Walmart with both GOW pack and Uncharted Pack.

I picked mine up and one for my parents for $199- it was on sale at Bestbuy not too long ago. Just keep your eyes on the flyers each week.
