Russia used to have commas, but they used them all up under Commanism.

Now for the important question, did you spill your Scotch? Isn't it required to drink Scotch while offroading in a Range Rover?

As someone who has driven a few modified (and stupidly modfied) cars, I can completely understand why the 1 series guy was going slow.

"They usually end up in her mouth before I can tell her to stop"

You forgot to mention the vanos bolts and hub tabs that can break and take out an engine. There is no warning sign without opening up the engine and inspecting. Also your maintenance costs are a little low unless you are still referring to DIY. Inspections are closer to 2k at a shop. Still going to have costly

A not so common but still happens faults: vanos exhaust hub tabs breaking and intake cam bolts backing out or sheering. I owned a 2002, 6 speed, slick top. The most fun car I've ever owned in my life. Prior to it I had a 2002 m5 jet black. BMW had everything going for them back then.

Matt, so let's bring this full circle: the latest batch of cars are being recalled and… the switches will not be changed, even after the fantastically intense scrutiny. So why are used trying so hard to attach this guys name to the problem? Here's the rest of the design engineers responsibilities that need to be

Anyone who works in engineering knows it's not one guy who is responsible for those ignition switches. A) There are always a number of engineers who sign off on any given design. B) Much of the time, none of them are the people who actually designed the thing.

To me it sounds like GM just needs someone to blame. Maybe

Those East Germans won't suspect a thing!

They should just shut the fuck up and join the ride sharing movement. The reddit post summed it up perfectly how bad cabs are compared to ridesharing companies.
