i did the same. i paid for my 'maids hair, makeup, nails and some accessories which were given as gifts. i also took them out to a nice lunch the day before the wedding to thank them, and then bought lunch the day of while we got ready. just seemed like the right thing to do! they did pay for their own dresses, but…
