The photo for cupholders should have been from an E39 5-series. What a joke.

It's great, mostly, but holy shit those headlights are horrible. What were they thinking?

"That's a 308 with a body kit"

I test drove one of these against the E39 M5. It is no contest. The E39 was decades ahead of the E55 in build quality and performance. The Benz had the interior quality of a Honda and drove like a truck.

BMW E39 interior door handles that come off in your hands quite frequently.

Because the Hummer H1 is too fuel-efficient.

How about a little more honest and less misleading title, such as "Tokyo Court Says"... rather than "Courts Say"

"Oh! And then every single app in the entire store would have to be redesigned. Another, giant, flaming no-no."

Helicopters aren't like cars, when you turn them off they don't just stop. Even if they had "shut it down" as soon as they sensed trouble, things would have kept spinning for some time, as happened here.

How cool to have my car featured on NPOCP. I enjoyed the article and everyone's comments.

Once again, adverse possession is not a loophole. It is one of the first things you learn in your first year of law school. It may not be on the general public's radar, but lawyers and judges are well aware of it.

Did you even read the article? Small claims court. No lawyers.

BMW does not own, and has never owned, Alpina.

Never seen that one either, also got 3/4. I'm American.

The Caprice is already back... But yes, it should be sold to the general public as opposed to just law enforcement.

That's not quite what happened. Read the article again. The two pilots weren't both using the controls; it was just one of them.

Yes, sorry, I meant "English" as in, England... Which would have made sense had I been talking about something other than the English language, lol.

It's not incorrect, it's just the English spelling

The Transit is available with RWD...

Because they're not fucking mustangs. Full stop.
