I do believe that was kluj’s point. He was being sarcastic. Creating a high-compression (and thus low resolution) gif of a comparison video designed to show off significantly improved resolution is rather self-defeating.

As much as I understand that these things take time to build, manpower to monitor, and procedures to set in place, I think Overwatch has been live for long enough now that we can start to ask how realistically they’re setting expectations for “we’re working on it”.
