I wish Eternal Sonata had more random encounters. Grinding is troublesome when I have to exit the current scene and run around for a bit before the monsters respawn again.

Neither did I. I am holding back from buying a new one, just in case they announce the latest PlayStation next year.

My phat PS3 is crippled. It will only run old games that don't support trophies. This happened when SONY released the trophy firmware. A year later, I got the PS3 Slim. It YLOD on me early this year. I am sad. ):

Monster Hunter aside, the Wii/3DS definitely has a ton of great games that I would love to play. Games like Super Mario Galaxy 1/2, Madworld, Skyward Sword, Xenoblade, The Last Story, Metroid, Muramasa, the final chapter of the Layton series, Kid Icarus and the list goes on and on.

Waited for Monster Hunter on PS3, it ended up heading to Wii. Hoping for a western release of Monster Hunter Portable 3rd, Capcom decided to not do anything about it. Now, MH4 is exclusive for 3DS. Guess I will have to keep playing MHFU :(
