Non-judgmental grandparents are the best! My grandparents were complete unconcerned about having a gay granddaughter, said they knew years before I came out to them, and then invited / grandparent guilted me into seeing Brokeback Mountain with them. All around a great memory!
My first concert at age 12 was 1993's Janet. It was amazing and I also feel terribly horrible for anyone who did not get to see her back in the day. I also got to see Lauryn Hill for the Miseducation Tour with OutKast opening. The 90's were great for music!
