I just tried to share a photo of him from my front row in Vegas 1.5 yrs ago but Kinja held up in endless circle. Ah, well. Glad to meet another CK admirer!

Charles Kelley is one of the sexiest men on the planet. Charisma up the yin yang. Hoo boy. I have seen them 7x in concert and they are amazing. I'm a bit of a superfan! :)
Okay, I meant "and their." Can someone tell me what demon possesses Kinja autocorrect on the iPhone?
First, where are the Kardashians on this list? And second, Lady Antebellum is awesome- they write their own music, they give one hell of a concert anthree it stuff is better than 99% of pop music since they can actually sing. Try before you judge. Hating country (or them for their silly name or whatever the knee jerk…
I'm breathing deeply of the mountain air before I jump off!
Meh, it's all about your peers at the time all that sex stuff starts happening. There has been a movement away from (non-religious-based) circumcision in recent years, so that means that when young Jayden and Mason and Jackson get to the age of hummers they will be amongst a quorom of the uncircumcized unlike the…
What does "Religions =! politicians" mean?
Well, Gallup has the female-male split on abortion as 47-42% pro-choice, but the MAJOR differentiator in terms of whether someone is pro-choice vs. pro-life is religion, and most major religions are run by men, and celibate, sexually repressed men at that. I think that makes a difference and makes gender relevant to…
In political and religious offices of power? Really? 50/50 male/female? I don't think so. Perhaps support on the ground, but the ones making the decisions that create the laws are mostly male.
I guess I should take a moment to be grateful for what other people are hilariously calling "baby steps," but I can't; the rage has been at a high simmer for so long now and I am so blisteringly angry at (mostly male) religious and political wingnuts who decide they get to determine when a woman becomes a mother…
Ah, thank you for that clarification. I misunderstood his point. I confess to not reading the article that closely because my blood pressure tends to spike whenever I encounter anything about the Catholic Church and it's mere seconds before I have to go lie down with a cool compress on my forehead. :)
You keep right on "sinning," baby! Eke every last bit of enjoyment and connection out of this world, being kind to others while doing so, and if there's a just God and a heaven worth entering, you'll sail right on in, just as my beaucoup premarital-sex- having, abortion-having, liberal feminist agnostic ass will too.
Well said. The headline is massively misleading and hurtful to any progressive cause because THIS MAN IS NOT FRIENDLY TO ANY OF IT.
Oh, he's a fucker in a long line of fuckers. Let's not be fooled. He still thinks gay people should be celibate, and he is railing against "lobbying" of any kind (i.e. groups of disenfranchised people making a holy stink about their oppression). And his stance on women was this: "He said that the church had spoken on…
First of all, that gif is all kinds of awesome. Second, your username makes my day brighter. Did you hear Hurwitz has said there will "definitely" be a season 5. TASTE THE HAPPY!
Did I mention I am almost 40? Add that in and we are down to, I think, 12. :)
As I've gotten older, I have actually widened my search criteria but I still have two general deal breakers: shorter than I and poor grammar/spelling/articulation. At a barefoot 5'9 and with an advanced English degree, it's amazingly depressing how many men that weeds out right off the bat.
This was my favorite advice because it is SO true. If you ask questions, a) you encourage people to talk about themselves which most really enjoy doing and the halo effect is: you are cool; and b) you get the chance to learn all sorts of new stuff. What I know about cricket and NASCAR and cartoon creation (among other…
Hmmmmm. I find the "nice" advice semantically suspect. I'd replace it with kind. Nice to me feels overly gendered (i.e. expected of women not men) and neutering of personal power. Kindness, however: that works for me because I can be bold and opinionated and kind, but (I feel) rarely bold, opinionated and nice.
