An Angry Birds fighting game sounds like fun until you realize they'll all play like Online Honda or Online Blanka.

"Oh yeah, we've got this in the bag."

There's just something satisfying about that "SHHIESHH" as the PS logo appears on the PS1. The grey machine going, yep, you did put a disc in, get ready to do some gaming.

DQVIII is the one that's stuck with me the most. And I second/third/fourth/fifth the "a Vita version would be awesome" vote, but honestly, I wouldn't buy one just like I won't buy the FFX collection. I've played through the game, I'm happy with that.

The biggest argument against PC gaming is that it costs a ton of money, and this is absolute bull. You don't need to buy the latest parts and have a tricked-out, $2000 gaming machine. Even a lower midrange graphics card can get you better graphics than a console, especially as you get later into a console's lifespan.

Well, yeah, I did preorder it at the only local store that was getting'em! And theeen it turns out that store doesn't get any PS4s at all. So yeah :)

I want one, but there are literally no PS4s coming to Kirkenes, a town way up north in Norway. Unless someone here ordered one online early enough to get in on the first batch. Which I didn't because I was unsure whether I wanted one.

Soon.

I've tried to do that, but unless they changed this in recent firmware updates, you can't UNbind anything from the back touchpad. It's always some kinda button.

Yes, but Skies on the DC is just CRAZY about the random battles. The GameCube version dials down the amount to somewhat sensible levels, apparently.

Something something Skies of Arcadia. Something something HOW many random battles?! Something something get the Gamecube version instead.

Ahhh, Dreamcast. I got one way after it died out, and enjoyed what I did play on it. Enough so that I was kinda sad when it started getting the "randomly resetting" thing. Apparently it has to do with some sort of connector slipping away within the console, akin to what causes RRODs in 360s.

I don't really buy that... The problem lies with the feel of the running and jumping more than anything else. They could've tweaked that without losing the freeform level design.

Y'all just need a little love to calm down.

Dammit, you beat me to it :D

DO buy a PSN card with a note attached that says "buy Spelunky dammit". That game is a perfect for for the Vita, especially now that it got updated to get rid of some of that slowdown and add those daily challenges.

It was a jokey reply, yes, but I figured the post I was replying to was jokey too :D
