Except that, having read through all of A Song of Ice and Fire so far, I can honestly say that I'm fully able to read text at my own pace and not miss stuff even if it's not spelled out at one word per second.

The blowing up of suits is one part I actually thought was nice in that the reason WASN'T spelled out, but clear if you think about it. From the start of the movie, the suits put a wedge in between him and Pepper, in that the Iron Man role was taking up, well, most of his life.

I'm starting to feel like Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D is going to replace New Super Mario Bros 2. I'm having more fun with DKC than NSMB3D, either way.

Fuuuuuuuuuuck? No, no, no. Here:Sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeit.

Since FPS games generally make me carsick, EVERY console is an FPS-less console to me.

Yep! Partly because seeing that WORK would actually be more creative.

So much hassle could've been avoided if they went with Wau Dog instead. His body is a bagel.

The main thing to come out of the next generation is actually expanded gameplay opportunities with slightly improved graphics.

Just let me know when I can buy 60hz NES, SNES and N64 games on the European WiiU VC. It's frankly ridiculous that (at least if it's like on the Wii) you only get the 50hz ROMs in Europe, outside of certain "import" games. Even moreso since so far, the 3DS VC... has solely 60hz NES games.

The comparison between the two images at the end of the article kinda highlights what I figure was supposed to be the point of the violence... To juxtapose the gloriously magic setting of the sky-society with all the darkness lurking underneath.

That last one was actually really, genuinely stand-up-comedy funny. And a big part of that was the earnest delivery of the line.

Part of the charm of pixel art is that it tricks the brain into thinking there's more personality in there. A SNES-resolution sprite standing with its arms down gives room for more visual interpretation than a 1080P sprite standing with its arms down (like in the overworld pictures here).

You ought to go to the Santa Cruz boardwalk!

What this guy said. The current system makes it much, MUCH slower to read comments, and pretty much ensures that anyone who's not part of the top discussion is going to not be read.

o/ Hippity hoppity merrily skipping away~
