@nipsen (loves the new review-style): Well, yes, we'll have wings sometime. But you need to be connected to the Intermind for the wings to work, because of those damn DNA-torrents.

One interesting question about how to interpret piracy numbers in case like this, is: How many people bought the game, and THEN downloaded it via a torrent because the actual legal copy turned out to be a PITA to run? This isn't the first time DRM has caused the pirated version to actually be better than the copy you

@Saturnine 好きです, ロロナちゃん: Well, if nobody buys the PC version, then the money put into making and distributing the PC conversion is wasted. The end result of this is, as we've seen with Capcom, for instance, that they stop making PC versions of games.

After roughly 65 hours on the gameclock, I'm probably going to smack down the final boss in Dragon Quest 9. Though I might do the level-40 quest for my single-class Priest first. Got a pretty good idea for how to do it in not too horribly long. Since I've been doing a ton of sidequests, and two of the treasure maps

@anders.jiang: The driving regulations are thorough enough that any driver that follows them perfectly IS a good driver.

@Ueziel: I kinda lost interest in ABAHB around the last world. While the game's charming, as the levels become larger exploration just gets a bit... laborious. It's definitely not a game for the impatient, since a lot of the time I was fighting the blob AI or controls rather than solving conundrums. I just... didn't

@adam483t: Eurogamer.net easily fills my non-Kotaku needs for gaming. I poke by GamesRadar now and then for some fun features, though I avoid that site at work: It's really annoyingly coded. Destructoid is one I used to go to, but the site design is just too messy for me these days.

@rymas1: So they're using bad tactics, pretty much. Of course, I can imagine that in some cases, it would be a tactical thing, too, considering points. If you've got a comfortable amount of points, is it more important to get 300 more points, or is it more important to PREVENT someone from getting their kill?

@d4rk-h4x0rer: I wonder if anyone DIDN'T get that trophy. How sad for them, if not.

@dunetiger - Free DaiMac!: I present to you Demon's Souls. It's got NG+, NG++, and onwards. The difficulty increases every time, but you keep all your stuff, so you get to try out all your ace gear and get better gear against harder and harder enemies.

@Michael Dukakis: The spinoff, "Confused Division: You are tearing me apart Lisa", will gain a cult following that's just enough for overseas fans to start clamoring for a translation.

@taminosk: Ken's fireball game kinda sucks. Even Cody beats him there. So if you play Ken, you've GOTTA rush down.

@ibro911: Okay, he's not going to shoryuken THIS ti - oh for frack's sake!

@Godsbigjoke: Not really! This is the role of the Black Phantom... Making life hell for the invaded player!

While I will say that any tactic that's doable in the game without abusing glitches should be a legit tactic. Most of the time, they're beatable, as long as you're aware of them and adjust to them. Ryu spamming fireballs at you in Street Fighter? Bait them out and get through them as most of the characters can, and

@rymas1: That's what I was going to mention as the downside to doing the shooting. They're going for safe, easy kills, but they're not winning thanks to it, right?

@lilmp89: Shouldn't the ones who've been blown up by it once inform the other teammates, so that next time someone sweeps by that spot, they keep an eye out for them and work to trigger them through other means?

@fELIXADER: It's a "shonen" show in Japan. Shonen = Targeted to boys between 10 and 18 years old. Meaning that yes, 10-year-old kids do read and watch it.
