Chapel Hill is the home of the bros in NC. Duke is just a preppy college, while there's some bro-nanigans going on in Durham, the UNC bro's are far more extreme in their bro-ness.

my goodness that's overpriced! 150K for some body panels, wheels and brakes, a motor, seats, steering wheel and gauges? I'll take a Z06 and an R8 V10 or a Ford GT

I hope you're not serious. They do far more than just carry clubs. They measure yardages, they help determine the wind, they help the players decide how to play a hole, they take detailed notes of the course prior to the tournament so they know the ideal places to be and how to read putts, they line up players

new MKZ has them

I love the reaction of the driver. In some videos, as soon as he hits the banner, he puts his hands in his face. Hilarious.

Sure they already know that, but this stockpiles data about where your car has been seen at many times, effectively tracking your movements. Think about every time you drive past a police car, you've been scanned and tracked. That's the issue. If they'd only keep records of the people they've pulled over, then it's no

It wouldn't take much at all to design a program that would catalog scanned plates, where they were (based on GPS) and what time it was. The program logs the numbers, I'm sure, and all it would take is a simple find function to "find plate # ABC 123" and bam, you've got a total track of wherever this plate has been

that pilot is cracking me the hell up! Sounds like a good 'ol Southern boy there. Good on ya, guys!

Not to mention the precision and concentration required to play well over that period of time and under those conditions. Playing golf at the elite level is exceptionally difficult. And the pros are (in many cases) exceptional athletes.

Anything made by Land Rover. People see you and will say "look at that rich asshole!"

I'm sure there will be a pic mega post at some point, in all its car porn glory!

they've kept the Armco barriers because they're easy to assemble and take down the week of the race. Maybe they'll install SAFER barriers in select areas for next year.

you can bet they'll redesign the barriers in certain places. That armco is right in front of the trees. Armco will give, but not if there's a tree behind, and thats what happened here. Such a shame, but a reminder to all how dangerous racing is.

I'll certainly give you that. Part of that problem is never having the infrastructure for snow, plows, de-icers, etc.

a. 80's is sweltering? Please, sir, spend some time in the south when it's 100* and so humid you could swim through the air.

mmmm, Dat #10 noise!

at least at one point it was. I saw the work they were having to do on an episode of "Build It Bigger"

indeed it does, but they're using a special very controllable explosive. Remember, Grand Central Station and NYC is directly overhead, and they can't interrupt traffic flows, so they have to be super careful with the explosions.

Luckily for me at 6'5, step one is always put the seat all the way back, and squeeze in. Wheel's normally midway up/down, and if the pedals move, they're all the way away.

That moron is a huge flopper, and don't forget all the times he conveniently lost his contact lens on the floor to get a time out from the officials.
