probably a few hundred pounds’ worth of 10mm sockets rolling around in there.

So Progressive, State Farm, and AAA are ghetto cut-rate insurers eh?  Could be state law for all I know.  Anybody in Texas and get comprehensive/collision on a salvage title?

Ford’s pretty much used the same sized key-head since the ‘70's. The bitting has changed a little bit, but the head has never been wide enough for it to be a problem unless you have the keychain of a school janitor.

The Ranger isn’t even close to the size of an ‘09 F150 which the ‘09 F150 is the same size as my 2012 F150.  Even if you go back 20 years the Ranger is still not as big as a ‘97-03.

I drove a similar ranger from Detroit to Grayling Michigan and back a couple months ago. That tiny fuel tank was not much fun. It’s smaller than the tank on my my old Crown Victoria interceptor... And the Vic usually got better mileage.

The bronco won't be based on the f150. This has been a fact publicly stated by Ford for two years.  The body work on this thing seems too complete to be a mule.  Perhaps a regular cab raptor F150.  The raptor is selling to wealthy elite outside of North America.  So this might be a regular cab offering in foreign

Even overall height doesn’t matter as long as you stay under seven feet.  I’m 76" tall and I have yet to encounter a parking structure I can't walk through upright.

9th gen wasn’t much smaller either. I have a spreadsheet I can dig up where I went back to 9th gen F series.

That’s an ID10T/RTFM problem. Especially considering you texted them pictures of where it goes. They also can’t seem to read the manual which also has all of this and the master code for the door keypad to unlock the car.

It’s tap to pass, not tap to turn. The signal still has the dent on it to stay blinking until you’ve actually turned.

GM just has idiot designers. I have an integrated key fob on my F150 and its hole is on center and just big enough to get the split ring through.  They didn't have to put the big slot in the key head.  GM also wouldn't have to make their key heads so massive if the guy that engineered the column lock wasn't some

Seriously, the fact this thing is fabricobbled from three cars says that the price is tenfold what it should be.

Insurance companies won't cover comprehensive or collision on a rebuilt car.  For 13K even if I pay cash I'd want to protect it from getting fucked by hail.

American only offers $75 same day changes to those with status.  Or at least that was the case back when I was an infrequent flyer.  Now that I have AAdvantage gold I can get same day standby for free or $75 to confirm my seat.

I thought the Irish said “Feck”

Oh, the boot is just on there to keep the car from fleeing until the tow truck gets there.  When parking enforcement finds your Scofflaw vehicle they boot it so you can’t hop in an drive off before the Towie shows up.

My co-workers to this day ask me why I drive myself to the airport every week rather than Uber.  The simple matter is because most of them are Toyota Camry sized which my 6' 4" inch frame doesn’t exactly fit in comfortably.  I’d rather take a clapped out E350 to the airport than fold myself into a Camry.

That tree-eating badass is probably the Ponsse Scorpion King.  Still requires an operator, but yeah tree harvesters like that still need mostly level terrain.  A lot of logging here in the US is done mountainside by hand.

Like a redneck trying to request works by 19th century French novelist, Alexandre Dumas.

I wouldn’t mind a larger display than my phone when I’m in the car though.  But you’re right, automotive infotainment systems should be very basic to the point where they simply are a second-screen for a smartphone.
