I have had a 5-hour energy, and I do not know why people use them. I think they are not worth $3 that they are charging for them, and that they are popular due to a great advertising campaign. Please point me in the direction of a single study that shows the vitamins help to wake you up beyond a placebo.

Honestly, I don't understand the fad of these energy shots or even 5 hour energy. You can go down to your grocery store and get 60 no-doze pills for like $6 bucks.
