Gymnastics is not a cheap sport to participate in. There are no men's programs at the highschool level, so all those who participate in it train at local clubs. The tuition for clubs run in the neighborhood of $500/month.
I'd be willing to bet that the guy pictured has not spent a second in the weight-room, but countless hours doing maneuvers like the one pictured since he was 6 years old.
It is sad that men's gymnastics is such a low popularity sport. It's a shame there are only 16 ncaa division 1 programs still exist.

I had a regulator blow off a tank of hydrogen at work...I was across the lab when it happened, but to see/hear hydrogen gas exiting a tank and then hear the H2 alarms go off gets your heart beating pretty darn quick
