From the website it appears that the light's generate their own power...that's totally cool.

@BabylonAndOn: What is wrong with HBO is that they are generating far too much revenue with their current model.

@waclark57: You seem to have trouble focusing and keeping the discussion on track. We aren't talking about privacy, or even immigration (I am not sure how you tried to turn this discussion to that...)

@shilo101: The way that I look at it, is if they were not using google earth (free) they would have to hire a pilot to get aerial shots ($$$) or hire a bunch of city inspectors to go door to door ($$$) checking for unpremitted pools or construction.
