Bulk up front, tapering at the back. That’s the aero ideal, from the simple airfoil to the Dymaxion. I assume the tradeoffs are worth it vs handling compromises.

I would watch this, and miss Clarkson a bit less.

Yes, I would much rather look at Sciroccos on the road than question why a person bought a Beetle every time I see one. I like Sciroccos and want them in the US.

Compared to what? That front end is horrible. I’d rate this possibly higher than a Camry or Sonata, but it’s uglier than a 200, Fusion, Legacy, Mazda 6, or even Optima.
