I’ve had discussions, at length, with work colleagues regarding trans rights, I’ve found asking them to have empathy before understanding goes a long way, for some reason for a lot of people they are able to do that with me, (a gay cis man), but not a straight trans person of any sexuality.

The trans laws aren’t anti-gay, they’re anti trans people, many of whom are straight.

One of the best show for years, can’t wait for this.

Here’s an easy primer:  The Rian Johnson was is the only good one.

I keep saying it everywhere I can but it sure would be nice if today would be a day for trans allies to be the ones to step up and talk about this on social media, with friends, with coworkers, etc. Every time we have to spearhead these conversations. We’re sick of begging for help.

Right, we’ve established that the root of all of this is actually anti-trans bigotry that they’re fanning out - exactly as we’ve told everyone for years.

So two anti-trans bills and one anti-LGBTQ one, rather than what the headline says? I feel like it’s kind of important to point out that although people across the LGBTQ spectrum are being targeted, the brunt is aimed squarely at trans people. Lumping everyone together as “gay” erases that.

The other thing worth noting is outside slapping comedians, Will Smith comes off as generally likeable.

I have no idea why, but this article has brought a whole slew of people who don’t understand they as a pronoun. Bizarre.

That song and Tangelo are a great 1-2 punch. 

The best Legends of Tomorrow episodes rely more on character stuff and establishing different periods with costumes and sets, the effects have always been extraneous to what really makes the show work. That, sadly, is one of the more realistic elements of this movie, it appears. Terrible lip foliage remains one of the quirks of Armed Forces pilots in all disciplines (I have a friend whose son flies KC-135s and the kid has a truly awful nose caterpillar that you wouldn’t believe).
