Hilda did a lot of the connective heavy lifting throughout the dreams. She’s grown on me. This episode had the most laughs so far largely do to her, and not because she plays it broadly goofy. Every time she pops down a hallway this way and that, whenever she needs to get somewhere in a hurry, she does this little

I do still love this stupid damn show

I hope Archie goes to same prison as Ollie AND Rachel from Crazy-Ex Girlfriend AND that they become the new Suicide Squad.

The people who like to accuse women of being a ball and chain, of leaving men whipped, of being ball-busters...are usually the same ones who in the same breath will accuse women of not doing enough to care for or protect men. Same misogyny, different applications.

I agree it was pretty funny

what about “the chapo trap house guy-d to media” and its just media for guys

Because Chapo is real, and strong, and our friend.

Because they are great.

Whatever man this shit is boring, who cares?

The Andrews family opening their home to the Serpents was a classic, feel good Archie Comics moment.

It seems like nobody remembers that the Serpents are a biker gang. Like, last season Jughead actively recognized that his dad worked for a redneck criminal organization. Now it’s like Boy Scouts with a different, but still strong, homoerotic overtone.

And what a jacket it was.

So Cheryl can wear a leather jacket.

Also won’t the Ghoulies make Hiram look bad in the future? His whole “go straight and enforce Law & Order” schtick kind of falls apart if you’ve got a group of obvious Batman villains running around town selling drugs.

They really, really REALLY need to sit down and plan season 3 much better and pull this together. They have so many great elements. Get it done, writers.

I’m terrified of the concept of a roaring 20's speakeasy run by Veronica. Because that means more musical numbers and more retro mobster corniness. Ugh.

100%

I feel like we all watched just to see Cheryl get her jacket

At least Fred won the popular vote

“Don’t blame me, I voted for Ethel Muggs!”
