Fair point to be sure. I don’t live close to an NFL team, but have been to maybe a dozen NFL games. Doesn’t make me an expert to be sure. I have never personally had an issue, but I have seen physical altercations of varying severity at probably 1/3 of the games I have been to. In my own personal, limited anecdotal

It’s been said before, oh, like a million times or so, but why the fuck would anyone actually go to an NFL game? Obligatory cheap beer, cheap food, better view sitting on my couch, but also it has been many, many years since I got my head caved in, you know, SITTING ON MY COUCH!

I was 5-6 or so, and I remember sitting down watching this with my parents. “Amelia” scared the ever-loving shit out of me. I can still recall that last scene, with her sitting in the kitchen, and stabbing the floor with a big knife. Simply terrifying.

I hope Pop keeps it up and never stops piling on that festering bag of puss. Unfortunate reality is a rich and famous old white dude carries more weight than the black athletes taking a knee, regardless of how correct they are in their stance. It’s a fucked up world, but more people like Pop need to stand up.

It sure seems that “everyone” in the audience at MacFarlane’s joke was in on it. No shocked gasps, just knowing guffaws. Very fucked up.

Totally not her adopting, like, black culture and stuff, homeboy. She grew up a hardscrabble existence on the mean streets of Compton, so totally legitimate. Totally.

Sandler’s comedies of the 90's stand up very well. My youngish daughters (11 and 8) have discovered pretty much all of his “Happy Gilmore” through “Big Daddy/50 First Dates” era movies, and they love them. They are goofy and charming and have some really good scenes that are imminently rewatchable. Regardless of the

I would submit that Leon has been a revelation this season. I have always appreciated him, but felt he always was a bit short of where he could have been. But this season he is killing it; his stories of his sexual escapades kill me. And after breaking Little Funkhouser’s elbow, the two reflect on it about 3 seconds

They call that sandwich the Louis CK.

I am a nobody locate nowhere, and I have heard (internet) rumors about this guy for years and years. Weren’t there all sorts of stories about Gretchen Moll back in the day? Is any of this surprising to anyone? Hell, if nothing else, dude totally looks like someone that would sexually harass employees, which is enough

? Anti-SLAPP legislation was drafted as a mechanism to prevent private parties, usually real estate developers, from bringing lawsuits against public officials, usually city council or zoning commission, who have denied building permits, etc. Rule 11 is used to sanction any attorney that brings a frivolous action or

Yeah, WTF? He was actually kind of an interesting actor. Blandly handsome, but seemingly smart and I thought he had some good roles. Now? All shit.

Jesus. Everything sucks, and this is somehow Trump’s fault, that fucker. Seriously.

He is very good. And I thought his insight on the difference between some of the directors he has worked with was refreshing and offered some new insight.

Surprised the cries of “let’s be chill” were ineffectual.

Damn, this sucks. To people of a certain age and milieu, this is a tragic loss. A reunion would have been incredible. I am a couple years outside the window to have seen Husker Du, but have seen Mould several times. Loudest concert I have been to, seriously, was Sugar in 1991. Sad day.

Why do white supremacists get so mad when their fearless leader gets called a white supremacist? Serious inquiry; nothing Jemele said was factually wrong, he is warmly embraced by them and regularly speaks in dog-whistle verbiage for their benefit. And yet the outrage? Lost on me, and fuck ESPN so hard.

He had a touching post on FB. Acknowledged their difficulties, while recognizing what made them great together. They were both grown men in their 50's versus snotty teens and young men. Big difference of course.

I follow former O-lineman Geoff Schwartz on some site somewhere, and he has made the same critique. Unless you know the play call and the blocking assignments of the players, there is no way to determine from watching who might have made a mistake. Sure, the obvious one-on-one matchup might be the exception, but that

He pissed off a bunch of Ohio State, excuse me THE Ohio State fans? Makes him a fucking hero - no need to apologize, and fuck Ohio State.
