Saw this Pilatus PC-6 at an airshow in Oxnard. The thing came to an apparent stop in mid air. By adjusting the attitude of the aircraft, and ramping up the throttle, the pilot is able to push enough air over the wings to keep the aircraft in the air. It’s popular with the search and rescue crowd.

I’m a fan of Relax Melodies from Ipnos Software on my Android. The sound quality is great, and when I had a suggestion about one of their sounds, I heard back from them in about six hours.
