Deal!
Deal!
I mean...it is fashion. Or rather, personal style if you wanna get technical. But I've seen it done and done well (again, not literally but pretty damn close save for like, the textile) and I'm sure there's tons of outfits out there that people find crazy that others don't (as is the point of Man Repeller and many…
Ughhh me too. I just discovered her blog and I love it and think the writing is on point (even if it does sound a little navel-gazey like some people have pointed out. I mean, it's a personal blog, whattya want?). I didn't realize so many people were taking the name Man Repeller seriously though which is kinda…
Yeah...I read her blog and I kinda got that she was less about actively repelling men and more about NOT actively dressing to appeal to them specifically.
Aww, I kinda like that idea. Probably not with running shorts but every once in a while I find shorts in that exact style and fabric but, yknow...."fashion-y" (different color, no sport logos, different material but same cut and drape, etc).
It's probably a play on Man Repeller's "Arm Party", i.e. wearing a shit ton of different bracelets on your arms.
I LOVE Sam which is why I tuned in for the first episode but, I shit you not, after Ariana was all "MY NAME IS CAT" in the first ep I was like:
And she acts way young. I didn't know of her existence until that show Sam and Cat (I still watch Kid's shows OK) and her voice and overall demeanor drive me up the freaking wall. I can't explain it and it's not in my nature to just hate on random celebs I don't know but OMG MAKE HER GO AWAY FOR EVER.
Wait now I'm confused. She was laughing on twitter about how that actually wasn't a flash of her vagina but her "ass from the front" (reasoning being that her ass is so big and thick you can see it from the front from certain angles and also she apparently 'glued' her underwear on because she's not stupid). And it…
Yes! I love it so much. I was just shy of too young to have 'grown up' watch SaTC. I'm rewatching it all now but I kinda like that we get to have this newer younger version regardless of how fluffy and unrealistic it is haha. And AnnaSophia is UNBELIEVABLY GORGEOUS to me I could watch her scratch her nose all day, idc.
OMG THIS IS LITERALLY LIKE THE 3RD TIME SINCE 2005 I'VE EVER BEEN SUCCESSFULLY ABLE TO LOG IN. GONNA GO CELEBRATE ON TWITTER NOW, K BYE.
(Praying to God this works. FOR ONCE.) One time I was babysitting my little brother and his friends and they asked to use the computer to play around.
I just want to say thank you. I was gonna use this space to write a whole rant from my perspective but it's not about me and I get that. I'm just thankful that you understand both sides of the coin enough to write out this thoughtful piece without having to tear anyone down or (and this is key!) make them feel like…
OMG THANK GOD IM NOT THE ONLY ONE.
Preach.
As I've stated before, Idk much about Ono...but I think I'm gonna look her up now. She seems super interesting.
WOW. I didn't actually think we had any butt-windows in womenswear. I stand corrected.
Hmm, good point. I did find they had a somewhat retro feel to them. And as for how little things change, I can TOTALLY see that - one of my strongest memories from studying Fashion Design was how we were pushed to be as creative as humanly possible when it came to womenswear but when it came to menswear we were…
Yeah no, those don't seem very practical at all.
