@djdare, @oyumurtaci: Thanks for the answer. It is nice to know, although I doubt that anyone would like this particular car on the road as a daily driver, for a variety of reasons.

Can a car which does not comply with current emissions and safety regulations, still be sold and registered as "new"?? Just asking...
