That's easy. Most of the Lancer Evolution/Impreza STI forums are like that. Especially when it comes to the comparison of the two

@CCM333: It is a real car. It was intended to break the world land speed record back in the '40s, with a projected top speed of 750km/h-hence the winglike aerodynamic aids.

Still no Mercedes T80??. If a car with a 44,5 liter, 3000Ps, V12 aircraft engine can't make on the list, then what can??

And the car was crashed to begin with.

I think that this qualifies as a crater, not a mere pothole.

@DrunkMike: I've heard rumours that it is possible to enable the ALS in the ECU,as well as the intercooler water spray and the intake water injection. But, given the rarity of these engines, I'be triply reluctant to do so.

The car looks great. I'd be reluctant to touch anything inside it though.

@micromachine: The same goes for its smaller sibling, the 1,3lt 2NZ-FE engine. I owned a 2NZ-FE Yaris for 7 years, with absolutely zero issues.

Do not forget people. TWO pilots were killed in the 1994 Imola F1 race. Both deaths are equally tragic.

I insist Jalopnik. The Mercedes T80 land speed record car should be in that list. 3000Ps-DB-603 inverted V12-engined cars with a drag coefficient of 0.18 and a projected maximum speed of 750km/h are not somnething you see every day.Especially in 1937.

As much as I love the car (especially the obscure Group B rally version), I'll have to go with the 1982 Citroen BX. My uncle used to drive one, in which almost everything would either break down or fall off. The highlight was the left rearview mirror, that sheared off its mount and fell off, during a trip. Amazingly

@flpwch: I think that the "right only" and "left only" lights option are mandatory in Germany, so that the car is visible even when it is parked on the side of an unlit street. On most cars thought, this function is implemented through the turn signal stalk switch.

Is the shape of the steering column mount normal? It seems like the mount is broken and the steering column dislocated.

Batshit...

The Mercedes T80 land speed record car.

Does this bus use the jet thrust to move or is the engine shaft coupled to the real axle??

Mercedes SL65 Black Series. Because when it comes to torque, sometimes even too much is not enough

The angle of the rear wheel just gives me the creeps.... I don't dare to imagine what has happened inside the transmission and differential...

Amen to that.
