I admit I am not a fan so far. It is not intuitive to use. Also it feels like any sort of discussion is being discouraged. I liked being able to have a thread with more than two people participating without having to click back and forth trying to keep who is replying to what straight.

My sister is ADHD. She acted out a bit but not to the point of physical violence. She mainly did a lot of screaming and throwing things around. Therapy helped a lot. It helped with the anger issues and also with the ADHD stuff.
