As other said, a lot of people don’t accumulate sick time. My company puts everything in one basket (all PTO, whether for vacation or sick leave) and only rolls over a few days a year. If someone is getting to the end of their year and they are going to lose the sick days that won’t roll over, I expect them to use a

Yeah, the whole tactic of the Democrats for the past month or more has been to say they will pass a bill that includes increases for border security but they won’t fund his wall. This is not news, this is their bargaining chip. “OK we’ll agree to measures to increase border security but a wall is dumb.” It’s simple.

Comedy Works is amazing, coming from a Denverite who’s able to visit with some regularity. I was pretty happy to read this and will gladly buy some tickets to an upcoming show or two to support the club.

That seems to be a common move these days. I’ve seen a few shows/movies that put parts of the aesthetic in the past but make the characters modern in other ways. The new Sabrina show comes to mind because I just finished it but there are a few others. I generally like it because old cars and fashion are more fun but

I had a friend pushing me to buy the game over Christmas. I told him that it sounded terrible and broken and he could only shrug.

I actually recently bought a PS4 to catch up on exclusives (can’t beat that Black Friday deal) but as much as I am enjoying the PS games, I can’t bring myself to get rid of the XBox entirely. Are there any must-have games on my XBox that I can’t also get for Playstation? No. But there are just so damn many of them!

But the whole point of Homecoming is that Peter is best when he’s just Peter. He gets the fancy-ass suit because it looks cool, but every time he uses a gadget, it backfires and puts him in a worse position. Not to mention the whole kill-shot thing that he’s constantly arguing against. The whole point of having Stark

Yeah, I’m setting the game aside until everything else comes out. I’ll play all of them together at some point when I feel like returning to Spider-Man.

Scooters are great if treated like bikes. They have no business being on a sidewalk.

I’m white and I can do the same. Not for any racially motivated reasons but because most of America is fucking boring.

Don’t hate on scooters, hate on riders. They definitely need rules and regulations that make sense, but the short answer would be to treat them as bikes. Put them in bike lanes, make them follow the rules and get them off the shitty sidewalks where they’re either mowing down pedestrians or crashing in the big-ass

It looks like a good game and seems to be a good entry in the franchise from what I can tell. There were just too many other games I wanted to get — I bought Spider-Man instead of Tomb Raider. As for my wish list, I plan on playing RDR2, Hitman 2 and the Spyro remaster before this. And I bought some older games I

I’ve enjoyed the other two Tomb Raider games, but I’m not in any rush to get this one. Hopefully I can get a complete edition for $30 by next Black Friday.

I’ve been an XBox One owner this entire console cycle. I’m glad to see them finally getting some game studios and doing something original, but I think XBox just isn’t the one for me. I’m not interested in the online stuff, and Gamepass is a pretty great service, I just don’t want any of the games that I don’t already

Agreed. The biggest problem with the Office is that they turned Michael into a sympathetic character. He does a lot of things that come across as bigoted, not misguided or closed-minded. I’m not very easily offended by the humor, but it gets kind of dicey when you’re supposed to like Michael one moment and then have

Sort of? This sounds too big for me right now. But I just played Spider-Man and wished that it had the density of these games. I felt myself really slowing down and trying to squeeze as much game out of it as possible. AC Origins had so much that I couldn’t even reach some of the high-level content because I got bored

So this isn’t specific to Assassins Creed but Ubi games in general. If I played Origins on XBox One and then play this on PS4, does UPlay track that? Will I still get credit for playing a ton of older Ubi games?

Sea of Thieves has been doing that too with its timed events. I tried getting into the last event with the skeleton ships but many of the in-game events were even time limited to specific days or times of day. My gaming schedule isn’t that flexible so I never got any of those events and haven’t even played the game

I would be surprised to see MGS, Spyro and Crash since Konami seems done with anything Kojima-related and Spyro and Crash are remastered and available on PS4.

This tracks with every untested assumption I have of the fashion industry.
