I can mostly agree with this, with a couple exceptions. I found this be... I don’t know, a very casual-centered open world game. As in, you do much of the same actions repeatedly in search of certain goals (get a planet loyalty to max, get an arguably useful buff), but it doesn’t really matter.

The entire point is that

I might be in the minority here, but this level of... I don’t know, care AND jankiness really appeals to me. Want.

Also, BALLOONS.

So far, you can’t ‘earn’ the other ships in game, though you can upgrade the hell out of your ship.

If you have the digital version, that should be more than enough to do the whole game. I think that’s 3-4 ships and enough weapons of differing elements to kill all enemies.

The physical starter pack costs more, and

Now, if I could just find a Hookshot laying around somewhere...

This is what PC mods are for, y’all. We’ll make this into Just Cause 4: Odyssey within a month or two.

This makes a fair bit of sense for Mario Party, I think - due to the amount of violent shaking and other nonsense you’re going to be doing it’s probably not something you want to expose the Switch itself to.

It makes a lot less sense for TWEWY and ‘Let’s Go’. I’m fine with TWEWY being in either Touch or JoyCon mode,

Honestly, $20/year for a lot of NES games (and occasional offers I might like, and the ability to play online on the rare times I want to) is more than fair.

There are some bugs. Mostly they haven’t impacted my enjoyment of the game at all, with one exception: I had a quest step in the first Dreaming City quest just... fail to materialize. I was told to enter a building and I did, but the game never figured that out. Dying, killing myself, re-entering the building, nothing

Thanks! I needed a new Pro Controller, and the Smash one will work just fine.

It’s going to be pretty cool. It’s single-player only, right?

“Additionally, most other black teenagers killed by the police had at least one arm, making the amount of ‘unarmed black teenagers’ very low. Four Pinocchios for this horrible lie.”

You’re not completely neutral. “The Left” isn’t trying to ban guns altogether. The consensus position is that some guns (and some modifications) should be illegal, but the “Ban all guns” is a very distinct minority position.

This also explains why you call me “far left” when I’m accurately (though shortly) describing

Granted. But when one side says “We should do something about this, let’s talk about availability, training, mental health and other factors and make some changes” and the other side says “Everyone should be concealing semi-automatic weapons at all times in every place”, there’s not a lot of real discussion going on

I’m pretty sure we need a Twin Snakes edit of this.

Yes! I hate this those things. Primarily because there’s no real good way to do anything about them. If you get caught (and these fuckers come out of nowhere and are offended at everything you do), you have two choices:

1) Run away. Flying into space puts fighters on you, so the best thing you can do is jump in a cave

You did this wrong. You’re SUPPOSED to go on a date with Barrett, I’m pretty sure it’s canonical.

Well, I’m buying it.

This whole thing is dumb for a number of reasons, as noted by some other commenters here.

But in general, the entire thing is dumb. Dude gave money to a crowdfunded game in which he was warned that design, scope, and delivery date could all change wildly. He paid in anyway, and had YEARS to get refunded but didn’t even

It sounds like it’s... mechanically similar to FF VI (battles, equipment, etc.) , but closer to SAGA in terms of story structure.

Have you gotten to any of the 2nd chapters yet? There was speculation earlier that you wouldn’t get much party interaction until then, due to the designers being unable to predict which

In terms of playability, sure. In terms of games... I don’t really think so? For emulated games it absolutely will, but most of the android-native games I’ve played are crap, and they tend not to get the ports we really want, like Okami.

Though I think there’s a strain of Dolphin that functions on Android. Maybe not

Why I don’t disagree with the overall argument, the inclusion of Ellie doesn’t really fit. The Last Of Us is about Joel facing utterly awful emotional devastation and sort of finding a father-daughter relationship with Ellie by the end of the game that leaves them.... well, not happy, but pretty content.

Given that the
