Apparently rape is not traumatic enough for you. In addition to being raped, you would like to heap upon the victim all the associated character assasinations, verbal assualts, legal assaults, and the victimization of all the rapist's future targets. You are not just an asshole. You are a misogynonistic pig.

Wow. Because people with emotional trauma always think in such terms?

Stories like these make me so sad.

We're not saying that she's stupid. We're just saying that she doesn't know any better. Maybe when she learns the way the world is supposed to work, we'll come to like her. But right now, she's just not experienced enough.

I never got why being emotional is so bad. I mean when you hear about someone committing a horrible crime people always talk about how "UNemotional" they are.

Legally illiterate?

In other words, she isn't a sociopath. Anybody who can do what she does and not have a measure of emotion is.

"Still young career"?

I can't believe you're like "Hey guys! Hey guys! I turned this whole thing into a punchline! Lookit meeeeee!"

1. He claimed they had no sexual contact. Then, they found his jizz up her ass. Then, he claimed he had consensual sex.

Not sure if you're serious, but I'll respond under the assumption that you are. Caps are for emphasis, and are not me yelling at you.

You're sure going to great lengths to pick defend a rapist. What the fuck is wrong with you.

Allow me to respond to your question with a question. If you blacked out and woke up with semen in your anus, what would you call that?

If she wakes up not remembering anything but puking, that's called rape. Also, this:

Because legally (and I would say morally and ethically) if she is too drunk to remember and/or passed out and he had sex with her, that's rape. Consent does not just mean lack of being able to say no.

"She wakes up remembering only the puking part, but somehow she just "knows" that the sex wasn't consensual?"

"DNA found in her hair, on her tank-top, and on an anal swab matched that of Lueke's, despite the fact that he'd said there was no physical contact between him and the victim. After his arrest, he changed his story, telling police they'd had consensual sex."

It should go without saying that if someone is too intoxicated to remember an event, they're also too intoxicated to consent.

Try re-reading this article, and then read the linked articles before you start asking admittedly stupid questions. It's all there. Why should anyone else do your homework for you?

"Pardon my apparently stupid question"

Just stop typing if you're going to begin with that.
