I still watch it. I actually stopped for years, then caught back up and have kept watching since. I love that every female character is completely different.

No problem. And I have literally no idea. Maybe it’s porn stuff? Because porn is all about female pleasure and enjoyment lol.
No, you are not mistranslating, you’ve got it right.
Note to self: start goat farm.
There are two kinds of people in this world, the ones that sneeze like god intended and the ones that stifle sneezes and make that weird small sound.
Women my mother’s age, 55ish. This is the demographic of women that I’ve seen be most dismissive towards #MeToo. Many of them took well to their socialization to accept assgrabby behavior as Just The Way Men Are. Women of the age to be second wave feminists, which is what this post was about.
Women of a certain age can be so disappointing in their service to men. It’s like some sort of Stockholm’s syndrome.
Cuomo’s new evening show has just been one big name Trumpster after another and he is such a lightweight it’s not even funny. I haven’t gotten through an entire show yet.
I read it in one of the many pieces on Farrow’s quest to get this published, I’m not sure which one. MSNBC also hired him for this story and then didn’t run it. The industry knew he was working on it for a long time, seemingly.
Farrow also shopped the story to the NYT. It seems that they strung him along for awhile before deciding to put their own people on it and scooping him.
Yes definitely.
I’m not in Hollywood, but I read some gossipy shit, and in 2012 I was 28. I don’t think I knew yet at that point. I don’t think everyone knows about everything at the same time, it could be that she didn’t know at all, or didn’t know enough to know that the courts found the accusations credible.
Or maybe I’m fully embracing their stupid test.
My problem wasn’t even just that it was disturbing, it was possibly mostly that it was stupid. If you’re going to go that fucked up, it can’t be stupid, too.
I doggedly let the next episode play, but I just couldn’t focus on it and turned it off.
It was just so... unnecessary.
There are only 27 comments on Katherine Heigl’s blog post and that made me feel sad for her.
Same.
I’m just not so sure about that. :shudders:
I watched the first episode this weekend and I think I’m good on that show. A quick google of “black mirror ridiculous” confirmed that I wasn’t the only one and revealed that fans advise new viewers to skip the first episode. Too bad, I’m already scarred!
