I’m using Curology in addition to BC. I highly recommend it. My prescription is currently at 0.04% tretinoin, 1% clindamycin, and 7% azelaic acid. Fortunately, the cystic outbreaks are under control, but if I get one I treat it with a homemade blend based on Mario Badescu’s drying lotion and a hydrocolloidal bandage…
