Brazil hasn’t been a power at least a few years even before the world cup. They have difficulty in South America against pretty much every team. Thus, Peru is no longer categorically worse. Brazil is really at that level. Sure they lost unfairly, but they don’t have the raw power to win like they used to.

Actually, steam has an install service that could fairly easily install UWP games. They sell it on steam and they would just automate the install process and boom steam continues being the leader of all things PC.
