He arrived at this number by taking the total revenue of Macs and dividing it by the number of Macs sold. I'm assuming he got those numbers from Apple's quarterly reports.

My whole point is that the other stores didn't have to use the words "app" and "store" in their names. Apple opened their store in 2008... and the other companies tried to make a new identity for themselves and didn't choose a name that sounded anything like that.

I can't find a list... are they currently in use? And do they use capital "App Store" in their name?
