Surprising to see this article from Kotaku, but well written... I agree.

I wouldn't call Return to Zork a Myst clone. Even if you think the games are similar, Zork came out first.
Not in the title anymore, and I don't even care about Borderlands or Minecraft, but I think this still isn't good enough. I see the spoiler just glancing at the story, at least in the blog view. You can't expect people to read all of the words in order and not even have their eyes pass over the rest of it. I didn't…
Sounds about right... always going to be someone complaining loudly.
Oh no, what I said was "hate speech"! Typical, expected response... thanks for the laugh.
I can see the difference. I'd rather be playing a new HD 3D Mario, but I will get and enjoy this all the same. I can see why they went with this at launch though despite it seeming a bit quick and lazy... the NSMB games have outsold the 3D Marios by a very wide margin.
What I got most out of this video is seeing the fingerprints on the gamepad... why did they make it glossy?! Is the white one glossy too?
It's an oxymoron to suggest that any phone is good for gaming.
How is a demo a bonus? It's basically an advertisement.
N-Gage: gone, and also forgotten. Indeed. But good article... the Wii was always underrated. If yours "collected dust," you were blind to the many great games on it. I think it got a bad reputation because of the large amount of shovelware.
$100 isn't a lot of money to me, not because I'm fortunate, but because I've worked hard to make enough money where $100 isn't a really big deal as a one time fee. Let me guess, you're an Obama voter? If Valve wants to charge $100, great... they have no obligation to open it to everyone for free. Don't like the fee?…
I like Maya, but not too disappointed... how many more cases need to have a twist involving spirit mediums?
When I think NES, I don't think Pac-Man.
How about having a conventional keyboard layout? I would be pressing backslash all the time instead of Enter.
Eh... release it on Wii U for $10 and maybe I'd buy it again. Not that it's not worth more, it's one of my all time favorites, but it's been a low priced game for so long already that $20 will probably be a tough sell.
Why PS3? It sold better on a Nintendo console before and Okamiden was also on a Nintendo console. Put it on the Wii U (whether it's an HD remake or a new game)... drawing on the controller makes sense.
That's funny, I was just thinking a few days ago that it's been a few years since Order of Ecclesia. Just hope the new one will be a sidescroller because the series works better that way.
If you got a DS with a GBA slot, that's three GBA games and three DS games for you to play... six games sounds like adequate interest to me.
Finally for Pikimin 2... I'll be snatching it up on release day just in case it has a quick disappearance.
Regardless of what I think of these game, I can't imagine why they still sell so well, because aren't people tired of paying $60 for the same old thing year after year? Are people just that hypnotized by the marketing and hype? Just look at the current stories on Kotaku right now, it's practically all about the…
