I like what Nintendo did with pirated copies of Spirit Tracks... just remove the train controls, so once you're on, you can never stop.

I kept waiting for the Samus speed boost to kick in... and then Marty jumps back in after disappearing early on.
I'll just find the video online later. Not watching a second of that show.
Simple... because I don't want someone else's marred junk. I keep my games, and I would bet that people who buy used games are largely the same people that trade them back in. Also, the price difference is extremely negligible, typically $10 at the most.
"Really wants you to start playing" would be these deals combined with a free month or two for new users or people that haven't played in a long time.
"Interesting seeing the Wii feature so strongly in light of a sales decline"
@Huatnee: It's not even close. In the US, nearly 50% more than the 360 and 100% more than the PS3. And beating both of them in 2010 too. The article conveniently left that out though. So even in this doom and gloom year for the Wii, the competition has continued to lose ground in the sales figures.
It's declining after four great years of sales... go figure. And the Wii, unlike some other consoles, has a generally good reliability record so the sales aren't being padded by people buying another one.
@Fahnz Mode: Quite the outdated page since it has been officially canceled... and the release date is over a year past.
There was already a black and white game with Madworld. The video you have is grayscale. Too bad Sadness never really got into development.
Yeah, you can do it quick once you know what to do. Don't even have to visit the other ages. This is just to a memorization extreme.
@jezz.torrent: But SpikeTV says it's not even in the top 5!
@Kenshi_Ryden: I'd interpret that as maybe putting out visuals that appear to be 360 level, but on a tiny screen, so much lower resolution which require much lower specs.
@TheVegetarianBurgerKing: Cell phone cameras.
Better every year? No, this is the same joke it always is and I wish Kotaku would ignore it. Just because it's on TV doesn't make it any more relevant than other year end awards.
Nice to see Ammy and Joe on the cover.
Wii Sports boxing sucked in 2006, and now the early fighting games for Move and Kinect suck too. Don't know why it's so hard.
@Hatebunny: Taking my time and completing everything 100%. I'm in no rush when I like a game and don't want it to end.
Very nice for NSMBW, I guess people are really playing the multiplayer, which looks like a blast. I 100%'ed it in single player in about 25 hours and that was that.
