I think even when you don’t work with a person/department often, it’s just as important to do this.

No kidding. Everyone else is talking about they like the barebones? What the hell? I have over 300 titles and can’t even remember what some of these games are at this point. Being able to separate them is a much needed feature.

This won’t work in a lot of work environments, but if you work with a different team or department often, sometimes it’s nice to send an email to someone’s supervisor letting them know their employee is doing a great job and has consistently helped you with something. Those emails go a long way, at least where I work.
