Pax is still several weeks away, they didn’t do it at the last minute and expecting a refund for your travel expenses directly from the convention for something as large as PAX because ONE panel was canceled is absurd and demonstrates a complete lack of connection to reality.
And they apologized for the mistake and made the most reasonable offer possible to him that a convention of their size could make for making up for the mistake.
