I worked in a school district that had no soap dispensers in the student bathrooms. I spent 6 years not touching anything.

This is a variation of the gymnast moves I use when I’m trying to throw away a paper towel that I used to open a door after washing my hands in a public restroom, and the receptacle is not near the door and I’m trying to throw away the paper towel while simultaneously keeping the door open with my foot.

Fun story, when I finished school we pulled the normal engineering pranks and our group figured out how to inject that super blue medical dye into the soap dispensers, but in a way that you can’t tell when looking at the window that shows the soap level. A disturbingly few number of people got blue hands, and it took

Racist ass LA. It’s been like that since forever. From one end to the other. It runs deep. Not surprised they told you what they did ...that was keeping it real in an effort to help you avoid some of the messed up racist LA sht. Is all this wrong what happened to those teens and to you and your group? Hell yeah ...

As a janitor, homeboy up there doesn’t realize that not washing one’s hands is not a ‘black’ thing, but as universal ‘people are nasty as fuck’ thing. I don’t know why he has to somehow say that ‘niggers are nasty’ thing...well yes I do, because he’s fucking racist and I can almost promise that he does what he does

Why would you re-take a security and racial bias training that never ‘took’ the first time?

we have to forgive him

“...no “use of force, violation of our department policies, or violation of any laws on behalf of the deputies” happened during the altercation”

On a retreat at a Westlake Village hotel where I arranged for 20 sleeping rooms,9 full meals, 6 coffee breaks and 2 meeting rooms, I was told by the desk clerk “You all might want to stay in after dark”. When pressed, he admitted that it was dangerous for PoC after dark. Our entire group was PoC adding a significant

No, dumbass, you’re wrong. The school can make it’s own rules about conduct for students and personnel, like a lot of employers. They can open your lockers, check you for drugs, ban you off school grounds for certain behavior, including wearing what they deem inappropriate. Say whatever you want at your employer’s

Hahahahaha, Touche!

OW.  That burns!  I love it!

Another Friday, another group of sub-mediocre white people blaming Black people for their (wypipo’s) racism.

These people need to get better lawyers.

First amendment doesn't protect you from consequences, dumbass.

Ever since white boys have been shooting up schools since the early 1900's (look it up), didn’t white folks finally get around to zero tolerance over 100 years after the first white boy school shooting at the little red school house?

That’s what happens when you hire a lawyer who has a kiosk beside the local Walmart.

Every now and then even the best lawyer gets a client who cannot be defended by any stretch of the legal imagination. Including being on the losing side of any plea deal. Better to just not waste time beyond the bare minimum, give ‘em a 5% discount and let the judge throw the book at them.

It wasn’t affected by her kid’s conduct, but by her conduct in defending it.
