"His". It's a sniper waiting for "his" target. English defaults to he/his in the singular when gender is unknown. "Their" is plural.

I work from home and have an enormous legal-size file cabinet with 2 drawers in my office. The top drawer is for my work and the bottom is for household/family stuff. You can get them on sale in the spring time when the new furniture lines come out at the big office store chains. We couldn't live without this one.

The very worst trend in the last generation was idiotic music and rhythm games. Not one of them was even a little fun, and each one had 43 sequels. Otherwise normal people had their living rooms full of fake instruments and other nonsense just so they could push colored buttons on time like monkeys. Just hateful.
