Simply marketed as: RS5 TDI 8-matic 3-turbo AWD coupe
If you go to their website, looks like they are going to get up to 380hp.
Might sound vain, but I'd almost not buy a car if they did that, because in the back of mind I start asking what other Easter eggs are waiting for me.
Why can't car makers embrace an "All of the Above" approach? Some want that Lotus Elise with minimal weight, some want the P1, and some want something in between. Saying we're going to hybrid all the things is like GM saying they're going to put all their eggs into Fuel Cell development, and then better technology…
Older BMW owners get my vote, but I've never met an air-cooled Volkswagen fan who was a jerk. They all seem to be pretty awesome to each other, veterans and newcomers alike.
At least Toyota has used the same cruise stalk for more than a decade on every car it sells, so at least they are consistent and you know what to expect (Case and point, my 2004 Sienna and 2013 FR-S had/have identical cruise stalks).
My particular favorite is #5, hood release. Ever try to find it on a Honda Odyssey? Hint: Stick your head near the brake pedal, then turn left. It may look like a good place if you reference a Honda media picture, but if you are actually in the drivers seat, or even looking at the foot-well from the door opening…
