No, no Im with you on that.

Hummina hummina.

Lets not forget the original Spooky AKA Puff the Magic Dragon. The AC-47.

My 71 was originally Lime Gold with Medium Ginger interior until a previous owner changed up to Ford Blue over Black. It even had the Medium Ginger vinyl top. blech.

God, I hate the show pronunciation. it just grates against my nerves much in the same way when idiots started saying naws after fast and the furious.

I saw this car while working at the VW conference at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on tuesday along with a couple of other bugs. Having seen it in person, I must say I like the new design, much better then last gen.

Every In-n-Out I've ever been to you can eat inside. In fact I make it a point to always go to the counter, it's Sonic that you have to order outside.

I was born and raised in Chico so I never had to deal with a shortage. Now that Im in Vegas I can only ever get Pale Ale.

Wait, don't look now but there's a Capri right behind you!

I have a 71 Grande only everything that made it a Grande had been stripped off of it. Hell I didn't know it was a grande until I researched the VIN when I was first looking at buying it. I agree the 69-70 coupes were pretty meh but I think the 71-73s were the only years where the coupes looked better then the

Aye but I'm seein a bit of the Bangle-Butt sneakin in there.

I'd like to see the big twin turbo Ford GTs go over show em how it's done. Crack 400kph without breaking a sweat. Also those guys need to work on their reaction times.

I remember the '86 Pioneer Days riots. I believe that was the first year CSUC was named Playboys Party School of the Year. Of course the pre-crackdown Halloweens were fun. 85k people between Main St and 5th & Ivy (about 5 or 6 blocks) Thems were the days.

I think the one thing the fox Capri had going for it was those square fender flares. Back in the 90's, my dad bought one that someone had done one of those Mustang conversions to. Now I'd seen some bad ones done but the guy had done a really good job on it. Fit and finish was damn near factory and he'd went so far

Going on 10 years in my driveway. My wife likes to say that I'll get rid of her before I get rid of the car. I'm not sure I can disagree.

@Isetta: No, the guy in the pink jacket in the other photos on that page looks like Mr. Clark. I guess that car was in the Tucker movie with Jeff Bridges. You know I never learned Mr. Clarks first name, He was a very traditional teacher.

@Isetta: I haven't talked to Mr. Clark since high school which was over ten years ago but I've seen him and the car at the Chico Concours d'Elegance every year. Last time I saw the car was at the Sacramento Capital Concours last Sept., Didnt see him which was weird. I hope he's still around, He was pretty old.

@GTRbrian: There is an EV-1 at the California Auto Museum in Sacramento. So, not the last. This one is red.

My old high school shop teacher has a Tucker. It runs and drives and he takes it to car shows all over Nor-Cal. I got to ride in it when he brought it by class. Really smooth ride, at least around the parking lot.
