I think she's a delightful actress with a lot of potential.

Most (public) B.A. programs require that you either take up to 203 of a foreign language (4 semesters or 6 trimesters of study) or that you have the equivalent ability (for example, if you take 301, or test out).

Not if you get a B.S. It's required for the B.A.

"Fashion sack" is a wonderful term.

She is so lovely! I look forward to her transitioning seamlessly into adult roles.

No worries! It does help. I had just posted this in good faith, and was disheartened after seeing so many snarky replies—I appreciate you engaging. I'm not a US-centric American by any means, but I'm happy to admit the limits of my knowledge (and its inevitably being colored by my Americanness).

Thanks for clarifying with your edit—I didn't see it before posting my follow-up. I guess I wasn't clear enough in my initial comment about my motivations for posting, and what I meant. So if someone comes along with a great handle on EU trademark law, I'm all ears. Someone else (snarkily) posted that no one in the EU

I understand that this happening in the US has no bearing on the EU law. That has literally nothing to do with why I made my comment. Again, I am confused as to how a company would be allowed to trademark a simple English word, when from what I understand of (American) trademark law, this is generally not possible

This...isn't an answer.

That might be, but it's still a pretty simple English noun. Seems like something that would be easily struck down, but I'm not an expert on EU IP/trademark law.

You can really easily find lots of people commenting on this in the link (and I'm sure there are plenty of other easily-searchable posts and threads).

Why do they get to keep this absurd trademark in the E.U.?

Yeah, you can't just make sweeping claims like this and pretend they're factual, particularly if you're not going to provide any evidence.

It's hard to take any of your points seriously when you seem deliberately misusing and mixing up pronouns while talking about Peijic. It's both passive-aggressive and, well, hateful.

I have never understood why, with this particular couple, everyone has always assumed they must be in an open relationship, when that happens with no other such celebrity couples that I can think of. He's always seemed super skeezy to me, and unless it's really obvious or stated outright, I'm going to assume his

Nailed it.

No.

Personally, I think she's an overrated actress who can only play one part. Plus, the whole no personality thing. YMMV.
