Kudos to the skid steer operator, that was a far gentler drop than could have been expected.

I don’t get why the body cameras aren’t on all shift long. Personally I’d want one for my own protection if I was doing that kind of work. Police states use the argument that you shouldn’t be afraid of CCTV on the street if you aren’t doing anything wrong; same logic should apply to dashboard/body cams on cops.

I mean, when Lindsey Graham takes the Trump ball gag out of his mouth to tell you that you sound racist, you really done fucked up.

Do we really want a left wing trump?

“You’ve got more questions?” Biden replied. “Well, I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”

Because idiots in South Carolina, Alabama, Oklahoma and states that will never EVER go blue in November decided the corpse of Joe Biden was somehow the best thing for the Democratic party.

My first job out of college was for a pilot laboratory.

Chicago Jew here and, uh, the cRc is off it’s fucking rocker if they’re actually recommending that. If that’s entirely necessary to be able to call a strawberry kosher than no one that keeps kosher should eat strawberries. You should never wash fruit (berries or otherwise) in soap - unlike the plates that you wash

Pretty much all manufactured foods have an insect part quota, depending on the type of food. There is no way to remove any and all insect parts or remnants from foods, but they have to hit a certain threshold.

There are “things” which are worth avoiding in our food. But the idea that everything around us is dangerous, or toxic, or even just “gross” is an anthropogenic way of making ourselves needlessly miserable.

So glad I spent half my childhood camping and doing wilderness survival.  Bugs are awesome.

As someone who has delivered for them in the past, I can guarantee they wasted nobody’s time.

The first time they tried this, they had regular pizzas that the driver came and picked up. The second time, they had “pizzas” for the driver to pick up that were actually just the dough in the box. But in all cases, the driver was given a parcel to deliver to an address. I leave you to draw your own conclusions on

DoorDash.

The pizzas cost about $7 each to make, so that’s $70 in expenses in addition to the $160 the restaurateur paid for the 10 pizzas, totaling $230 before the restaurant receives $240 from DoorDash for the pizza order.

Nah, man
Lots of stuff I have uploaded to Google Music that isn’t on Spotify, including important playlists

I already pay for Spotify

Or it could just be an experimental, smaller scale/smaller budget/much smaller priced fun little piece of side content put together by a small team to give fans something while waiting for XCOM 3.

It’s $10, maybe don’t overthink it so much.

I mean, it’s $10 dollars. It’s not a full price AAA title, its clearly gonna be something smaller, maybe a little weirder. I understand hesitating, but honestly, if 10 bucks is all it takes to support Firaxis and let them stretch their legs with some new gameplay ideas, I’ll be happy with a short, potentially flawed

The Chimera Squad, then, is a group tasked with upholding this “delicate interspecies alliance.”

Another one: If attending an open casket visitation do not comment to the bereaved on how the body looks good, or how the deceased looks at peace. This is not comforting. If they looked good they would still be alive. At my mom’s funeral I did not think the body looked like her at all. I was actually at her bedside
