I used to eat primarily frozen food meals, mostly Lean Cuisine and Stouffer’s. I’ve done this for decades, since I was a child. I enjoyed them. I found that, if you remove the cooked food from the plastic container and serve on standard dinnerware, it’s a better eating experience (psychologically).
