Latinos bought the “American Dream” hook, line and sinker. They have always been pitted against black people by whites to compete for the economic leftovers. This same mentality has only deepened over the generations to become part of their innate ideology. They will always be against us if it means being closer to

I hate hate Aleks Syntek with all the power of my heart.

White people love the music that other cultures make...as long as it’s other white people making it.

Latinos (LatinX) practice anti-blackness far more strongly than white people do. Watch the media that comes from their countries, and you would never believe that there are people of African descent in those countries.

White people love the music that other cultures make...as long as it’s other white people making it. I can’t wait until bachata crosses over and white people act like it hasn’t existed since forever. Also looking forward to the awful dancing to it.

She is doing exactly that. She’s just correctly noting that it is not the job of a nurse to investigate criminal wrong doing. Remember: “In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two separate yet equally important groups. The police who investigate crime and the district attorneys who prosecute

I’m not here to police the police. The police need to do that if they’re going to regain any kind of trust by me or the public.

I think it’s more that others would have intervened. She was the only one who stood up for the patient, no security guard told the cop to get off hospital property and they even let this on duty nurse get taken away from her duties. Now they’d have to get a warrant or the patient’s permission ahead of time and show

They could never get a warrant for this blood and they knew it, which was why they tried to lean on the nurse and get it done fast. The patient was the victim of a crime, not suspected of a crime, therefore no chance of a warrant.

How would this have had any effect if this was in place earlier? The puffed up cop didn’t care what the rules were and arrested her out of spite/ego anyway.

AND they didn’t start investigating until last week, when the public outcry began.

Did you know she was part of the 1998 and 2002 Winter Olympics ski team?

Exactly; get a damn warrant! I understand time is a factor for testing blood for alcohol and other substances, but that’s why night court and other ways of getting a hold of judges exist. Plus, as it turned out, blood had already been drawn and they could have obtained a warrant to access that sample.

Thank you for pointing this out. It’s not like there was a swift response to the gross abuse of power here. It took the public release of the video to have anything happen.

But but but if he did his job like he was supposed to and not violate the fourth amendment then how on earth is he supposed to look like the cop with the most power and biggest penis in front of all the other cops!?! Did you even think about how important his ego is to him Stig? I bet you didn’t.

This whole situation was totally unnecessary if that dope just did his job. Like he was supposed to. The nurse was entirely in the right.

The incident occurred on July 26, 2017. The body cam video of the incident surfaced last week.

Hold up... wait a minute.

I guess the only option they have left is to kick ass...
