That’s what RPG’s are all about: roleplaying, not about rolling a dice. Those are there because of the limitation of the original PnP RPG’s. When you can make character into what you desire that’s roleplaying, when you can make actual dialogue decissions, that’s roleplaying.

Fallout doesn’t really pride itself on being realistic, I’d think the presence of ghouls and Supermutants would make that obvious.
