There was. The X1 and ps4 were grossly underpowered because both companies wanted to make a profit from day one. There’s usually a period of time when consoles first launch where they outperform all but the most powerful pcs. But last gen everyone started behind.

How in the hell is 60fps a performance mode in next gen?

Don’t get me wrong, I am not knocking performance modes. Options are great. But gears 5 runs at 4k60 right now...and does so with full effects.

I really hope this leads devs to use rumble in more inventive ways. The impulse triggers on the xbox one were an amazing idea, but 3rd party devs basically forgot they existed. I don’t think there is a single dev who made use of the fact thatall 4 rumble motors can work independently of another. It seems like a no…
